Taiwan Investment Team Pays $450K for Good Harbor

The shareholders of the failed SPAC Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. are selling a 97.5% stake in the shell company for $450,000 to an investment team based in Taiwan.
Good Harbor's plans to buy two companies in the securities industry fell apart in January 2008.
